As much of a critical disaster the last three DC movies have been, it took a woman to bring it into shape. A woman of wonder that showed DC movies can have meaning, empowerment, and color. That you can go into a DC movie and not have a sense of brooding and darkness. Wonder Woman bounced back the world of DC and gave us a character that was perfect. A sense of naivety but bold convictions. In many ways, Wonder Woman retconned the ideals placed on her in Batman v Superman, but for the better.

Join us as we discuss Wonder Woman and get ready for the final installment of the year. Nay, the final installment of the series with next month’s movie, Justice League.

This edition of The Away Team focuses on the Irish-themed “Up the Long Ladder”, which Adam can personally identify. The episode deals with the stereotypical Irish culture but they are sidelined halfway through the episode to deal with cloning and rights of one’s self. Plus, Riker gets his groove on and gets a bit melodramatic in the same episode. Check it out.
